We concluded our third of four manuals this week and we’re off to begin lessons from the last manual next week. We have paused from home schooling for a month when we were hit by Typhoon Ondoy last September 26, 2009. Most of Jed’s PACE were submerged in water and we had to order for some that we were not able to salvage. We also were not able to resume with class right away because our house was in disarray for so many weeks.
I am so thrilled that as we progressed, our son has since turned into a very eager student. As of late, he is the one begging for more lessons to tackle within the day. He is so enjoying it that a month before his graduation, he is already done with his Math PACE. He is so enjoying it that I would even have a chance to squeeze in doing some acne treatment reviews in between our lessons (I work from home doing article writing and VA jobs) . I wouldn’t have thought we both could very well adapt to homeschooling like this. 🙂
