Time flies so fast. It all seemed like just a while back when my little guy is a teeny weeny baby and now he just graduated from Preschool with Ace and Christi. Before I know it, he will be entering middle school and then choose a vocation or career.
As someone who has considerable exposure when it comes to the benefits of having an online career, it really is not impossible if children of this generation will later choose an online university over the traditional one. Whenever we ask our son what he would like to be when he grows up, he’d go telling us that he wants to be a preacher like his father, another minute, a doctor or nurse. I won’t be surprised if he’d take an online nursing degree and do good at it.
As a homeschooling family, we have started building foundational blocks for students to be able to have that grasp for discipline despite not having to travel to school. Personally, I think homeschoolers are well prepped for online degrees. The reason being, they have instilled a certain amount of discipline given that they work on their own pace, among other factors. Anything really is possible with the kind of technology we have now. We really just have to be open to its possibilities and benefits and weigh what will be best for your own welfare.
